Any supervision - Medical Directed Model

Type of cases required - 3,700 cases annually, including general orthopedics, joint replacements, and spine procedures

Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient - Proficiency in brachial plexus spinals, truncal and lower extremity blocks. Techniques include spinal, interscalene, adductor, and popliteal

Case logs required: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks

Number of providers during the day: 1 Physician and 3 CRNAs
