Exciting Opportunity for Anesthesiologists in El Paso, TX!

Position: General Anesthesiologists (2 Needed)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday - Friday
10-hour shifts are acceptable
Minimum 3 weeks per month

Role Overview:

Join a dynamic team at a Level 2 Trauma Center, providing top-notch anesthesia care across a variety of cases. They are seeking two skilled General Anesthesiologists who are comfortable with regional anesthesia. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-paced environment with a diverse case load to keep your skills sharp!

Case Types:

General Surgery
Orthopedics
Trauma
Pain Management
OB and Neuro preferred, but not required
No Cardiac cases

Requirements:

Proficiency in regional anesthesia
BE or BC in Anesthesiology
Peds experience is a plus, but not required
Comfortable supervising CRNAs and handling occasional solo cases

Work Environment:

Level 2 Trauma Center with 11 ORs
Currently running 6-9 ORs daily
Work alongside 5 FT MDs and 11 FT CRNAs
Expect to handle 8-12 patients/cases per day
80% CRNA supervision, 20% solo MD cases

Additional Details:

Beeper Call: Negotiable, from home (not in-house)
EMR: Cerner
