Job description

Start Date: 9/30/2024 (2 week credentialing timeframe)
Contract Length: Ongoing (would prefer someone long term)
Local candidates preferred

Shift Details: Monday – Friday
Some floating between 2 clinics
Client is willing to be flexible with scheduling/floating

Patients per day: On average 30 patients per 8 hour day
Patient population/age: Adults, primarily 18-60, sometimes have minors and rarely geriatrics
Outpatient Pain Management facility
Special Procedures: Epidurals, Facet Joint Injections, Nerve Blocks, RFA’s, Peripheral Nerve Stimulation, Spinal Cord Stimulation, Peripheral Joint/Soft Tissues Injections, Myelograms, Arthrograms, Discograms (not required but preferred, very rare_
