Anesthesiologist Locums Opportunity – El Paso, TX | Flexible Schedule

Job description

We are seeking a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist for a locum tenens opportunity in El Paso, Texas. This is a long-term assignment with flexible scheduling, optional home call, and a broad procedural environment.

Assignment Details:
Start Date: ASAP
Assignment Length: Through December 31, 2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10-hour shifts
Coverage Requirement: Minimum 3 weeks per month
Call: Optional and taken from home (not in-house)

Practice Setting:
Inpatient hospital setting
Primarily supervising CRNAs with occasional solo cases
Support staff: CRNAs
EMR: Cerner

Cases may include: Orthopedics, vascular, Neuro/head & spine, OB, Thoracic, Trauma, General adult anesthesia, Regional anesthesia and pain management techniques

No cardiac cases required.

Additional skills preferred:
Spinals & epidurals
Post-op extremity blocks
Central and arterial line placement
Ventilation and acute volume/BP management
CRNA supervision

Requirements:
Board Certified in Anesthesiology
Active Texas license required
ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required

Additional Information:
Credentialing timeframe: approximately 90 days
Temporary privileges available
