Specialty: Anesthesiologist
Start Date: December 2, 2024
Contract Length: 3 months, ongoing

Shift Details:
Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Overnight Call: Optional
Schedule: Monday – Friday

Work Details:
Support Staff: CRNAs and Anesthesia Techs available
Coverage Needed: Full-time preferred; will consider part-time providers with consistent monthly availability
Patient Volume: 6-12 patients per day
Patient Population/Age: Pediatric to Geriatric
Department Description: Level 2 trauma center; medically directed anesthesia practice with supervision of CRNAs
EMR System: EPIC

Practice Setting:
Location: Hospital

Requirements:
Board Certification: Required
License Required: Active Wisconsin (WI) license; non-licensed candidates will not be considered
DEA Certification: Required
Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS
Minimum Experience: 1 year of experience required
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
