Critical Care APP – Manchester, NH

**Assignment Details**

* Location: Manchester, NH
* Start: November/December 2026
* Length: 13 weeks
* Unit: 20-bed mixed Medical-Surgical ICU
* Patient Population: Medical, surgical, and post-operative cardiothoracic surgery patients
* Average Daily Census: Approximately 11 patients
* Experienced providers only

Schedule

* Standard shift: 12-hour nights
* 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
* Approximately 15 night shifts per month
* Occasional day shifts may be needed
* Weekday and weekend coverage required
* 12-hour shifts only
* Schedule details: TBD

Clinical Responsibilities

* Manage medical, surgical, and post-operative cardiothoracic surgery patients
* Ventilator management
* Perform required critical care procedures

Candidate Requirements

* Board Certified
* Active New Hampshire license required at presentation
* Active NH DEA and CSR required
* Experience managing post-operative cardiothoracic surgery patients
* ALS-CSU certification required per hospital requirements
* Case logs from the past 12 months required

Required Procedures & Case Logs

* Arterial Lines: Minimum 5 logs within the past 12 months
* Intubations: Minimum 20 logs within the past 12 months
* Central Lines: Minimum 5 logs within the past 12 months
* Ventilator Management: Core privilege

Clinical Support

**Daytime**

* MD: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
* APP: 7:30 AM–8:30 PM
* Additional daytime APP generally available Monday–Friday

**Evening/Night**

* APP: 7:30 PM–8:30 AM
* MD on call: 6:00 PM–8:00 AM, Monday–Friday
