Cardiology – Electrophysiology APP | Mayfield Heights, OH

Start: November/December 2026
Assignment Length: 17 weeks (11/30/26–3/21/27)
Location: Mayfield Heights, OH
Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Specialty: Cardiology – Electrophysiology (EP)

Schedule

* Option of 5x8s: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
* Option of 4x10s: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
* No call
* 30-minute patient appointments
* Approximately 12–16 patients per shift, depending on scheduled hours

Position Details

* Outpatient EP clinic coverage for maternity leave
* Mix of acute established patients, routine follow-ups, and hospital follow-ups
* Responsible for clinic patients and inbox management
* Dedicated MA/LPN/RN support
* RN assistance with patient messages
* Multiple physicians and APPs onsite
* No procedures required
* EMR: Epic
* Local telemedicine services only

Requirements

* CNP, PA, or CNS
* Ohio license or eligible through the applicable compact
* Vaccination required
* No interventional cardiology responsibilities

Credentialing

* Approximately 60 days
