CTICU Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Needed in Pennsylvania

Start Date: January 2027
Contract Length: 6 months–1 year
Schedule: 12-hour day or night shifts, 6:00am–6:30pm or 6:30pm–6:00am. PRN coverage.

• Cardiothoracic Surgery ICU coverage in a 32-bed unit with 16 ICU and 16 step-down beds
• Patient ratios approximately 1:8 on days and 1:16 on nights
• Central line placement and ECMO management
• In-house Intensivist support during days with Intensivists on call from home overnight
• Epic EMR
• Drive-in/local candidates preferred

Pennsylvania License or RN Compact Required to Submit (We can help license you!)

Credentialing Timeframe: TBD
