Employment Type: Locum Tenens – 1099
Start Date: November 2, 2026
Contract Length: Approximately 13 weeks (covering a maternity leave through November, December, and January)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Inpatient rounding and heart failure management

Requirements
Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
Heart Failure Certification/Experience required
Active Utah license required
Active Utah DEA required
