Support staff, including 1-2 APPs, are available throughout the coverage period.

About the clinician's workday

Clinicians will provide inpatient cardiovascular disease management on a day shift basis from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM at this on-site facility in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Clinical duties include inpatient rounding, new patient consults averaging 10-11 per day, and transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), within a unit maintaining an average census of 17 patients. Call coverage is required, including 24-hour call and STEMI call responsibilities as part of the assignment schedule. Clinicians will also supervise 1-2 APPs working concurrently during the shift, and board certification in Cardiovascular Diseases is required for consideration.
