About the clinician's workday

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide part-time clinical services on a day shift schedule, working 2 days per week (16 hours). Responsibilities include initial engagement, risk assessment, goal setting, ongoing individual sessions, and crisis counseling. Clinicians must demonstrate strong engagement skills with youth, knowledge of vicarious trauma, and proficiency in trauma-informed intervention. A foundational understanding of issues facing youth experiencing homelessness, along with superior assessment and crisis intervention skills, is required for this role.
