About the clinician's workday

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide individual psychotherapy to adolescent patients with complex medical and behavioral conditions within an inpatient setting, conducting 5-7 therapy sessions daily. The clinician will work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on a full-time schedule totaling 40 hours per week, with this position requiring on-site presence only. Responsibilities include maintaining comprehensive treatment documentation and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care for high-acuity adolescent patients. Board certification and current LCSW licensure in Texas are required; no call coverage is required for this position.
