The clinician will conduct confidential behavioral health assessments and develop solution-focused treatment plans with client participation. Daily responsibilities include providing individual and group counseling, completing collaborative documentation, and providing crisis intervention services. The position requires attendance at staff meetings, case conferences, and trainings while participating in clinical supervision and maintaining current clinical records including case notes, treatment plans, discharge planning, and outcomes tracking.
