The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will provide outpatient mental health services to an adult population within a correctional facility on a full-time day shift schedule totaling 40 hours per week. Responsibilities include conducting clinical evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering crisis intervention services, and providing individual therapy sessions. Group therapy may be provided on an optional basis. The clinician is expected to manage a caseload of 6-8 patients per day and complete all required clinical documentation in accordance with facility protocols.
