About the clinician's workday

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will provide full-time, on-site outpatient mental health services to an adult population within a correctional facility, working a day shift schedule of 40 hours per week. Responsibilities include conducting clinical evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, performing crisis intervention, and providing individual therapy sessions. Group therapy is available as an optional component of the clinical role. Clinicians are expected to manage a caseload of 6-8 patients per day and complete all required documentation in accordance with facility protocols.
