✅ Position Overview:
Seeking a Clinical Social Worker Health Care Facility Surveyor to conduct on-site surveys of long-term care and other healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with CMS regulations. This role involves up to 75% travel and requires strong independent decision-making skills.

✅ Requirements:
✔️ Master’s Degree in Social Work
✔️ Completion of CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training
✔️ Passed the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT)
✔️ Minimum 2 years recent experience as a surveyor accrediting long-term care facilities
✔️ Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
✔️ Ability to independently manage priorities and survey processes
✔️ Strong conflict resolution and decision-making abilities
✔️ U.S. Citizenship (required)
✔️ Willingness to travel up to 75% regularly
