Coverage Details:
1. Coverage needed per month: 1 FTE
2. Frequency of any Call needed: none
3. Schedule Details: 4 days per week Must be Monday and Wednesday and not open on Fridays 4-10 hours 7:30a – 6P

Work Details:
4. Support staff: CMA support – 2
5. Department Description: Dermatology practice which includes a Mohs Surgeon
6. Patient Volume: 20 pts a day if possible 30 min for new patients and 15 minutes for follow ups
7. Patient Age Group: 2 and up or 3 months and up as a consult from pediatric department and will defer out .
8. Special Procedures/Unit Details: Mohs, skin tag removal, incisions, lesions
(main concern is new patients and follow ups vs procedures)


Requirements:
12. Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: BC
13. State License(s) / IMLC Req’d?: NC
14. Certifications Req’d?: PALS, BLS KPH for testing Mohs
15. Minimum Experience Req’d: not concerned about this
16. Are vaccines mandatory?: yes Covid was lifted
