Job description

• Schedule: 8 hours; Monday – Friday
• Dates of Coverage: As soon as credentialed – 6 weeks.
• Job Setting: Outpatient
• Types of Cases: Adult with Some pediatric
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60+ Days
• EMR – EPIC, and provider must be proficient
• Active State License (may consider IMLC providers)
