• License: Must have Active NC or already in process; IMLC
• Specific Board Certifications:
• Licensure: will work apps while licensure is in process. Prefer hospital address on DEA license but not required.

• Life certs must be AHA, License must be signed etc.
• ACLS (not required if board certified in EM)
