Schedule: 9a-7p or 1p-11p | Nights or Days.
Facility Volume: 24000 annual volume
Facility Coverage: 27 MD 20 APP (M-F) 12 APP (Sat/Sun)
Merit Badge: BLS, ACLS and PALS is required for all ED providers, no ATLS if ABEM certified.
Requirements: NP Requirements Summary: Active State WA NP license, DEA with WA address, Board certified AANP or ANCC,
CEUs past 2 years, Case logs past 2 years, copies of education diploma, SS Card, Drivers license, COVID,
current flu, and immunization records. BLS, ACLS and PALS is required for all ED providers.
PA Requirements Summary: Active State WA PA license, DEA with WA address, Board certified NCCPA, CEUs
past 2 years, Case logs past 2 years, copies of education diploma, SS Card, Drivers license, COVID,
current flu,and immunization records. BLS, ACLS and PALS is required for all ED providers.
