Job Description

We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join an established, democratic private practice emergency medicine group serving the community for more than 30 years.

This is an excellent opportunity for an EM-trained physician seeking a competitive compensation package, a structured schedule, and a pathway to partnership.

Compensation & Benefits

• Year 1 Salary: $325,000

• Year 2 Salary: $350,000

• Partnership beginning Year 3

• Average partner compensation: approximately $450,000

• $50,000 sign-on bonus

• $50,000 starting bonus

• Relocation assistance of up to $14,000

• Comprehensive benefits package

• Malpractice insurance paid by the group

• Full partnership opportunity after Year 2

Schedule

• 16 shifts per month

• 8-hour shifts

• Current schedule includes approximately 14 day shifts and 2 night shifts per month

• Supported by 4 dedicated nocturnists

Practice & Emergency Departments

• Work across two emergency departments in Carrollton and Villa Rica

• Carrollton ED: 40 beds

• Villa Rica ED: 36 beds

• Combined annual ED volume of approximately 110,000 visits

• Both facilities are Level II Trauma Centers

• Group also employs NPs and PAs

• 100% physician-owned and democratic group

Requirements

• MD or DO

• Emergency Medicine trained

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine

• Eligible for medical licensure in Georgia
