Emergency Medicine Physician needed in Lagrange, IN! (Locums or Perm)

Key Details:
Shifts Needed: 8-12 shifts per month (minimum of 6 shifts required)
Experience: Less than 10 years of experience preferred to expedite the credentialing process

Work Environment:
Patient Volume: Approximately 30 patients per day
Annual Volume: 11,000 patients
Trauma Level: All locations are Level II Trauma Centers
Patient Population: All ages
EMR System: EPIC
Support Staff: APPs available
24-hour hospitalist coverage for admissions
24-hour in-house radiology with real-time reading of all studies
X-ray and CT available around the clock, with ultrasound on call at night

Practice Setting:
Hospital-based with credentialing at 5 locations (one credentialing process)

Requirements:
Board Certification: ABEM or ABFM
State License: Active Indiana license required
DEA Certification: Yes
CSR Certification: Yes
Certifications: If EM boarded, only DEA and CSR are needed
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years preferred; new graduates will be considered for permanent positions only
