Louisiana Level 2 Emergency Medicine Locum Need

Job description

• BC Required
• Must have extensive ER experience as the site requires case logs and history of procedures
• Tubes, Vents, Central Lines
• EMR is an older version of Meditech, but the client is moving to a newer version later in 2026
• Needed days and nights covered
• Will take multiple physicians to cover 15-20 shifts per month
• 12 hour shifts (6a-6p, 6p-6a, 7a-7p, 7p-7a)
• Always 2 MDs on shift and 6-7 APPs
o APP schedules are 6a-6p, 7a-7p, 9a-9p, 11a-11p, 12p-10p, 2p-2a)
• Level 2 Trauma center
• Annual volume is approx. 65k
• Specialty backup. No neuro
