Job description

• URGENT FILL DUE TO UNEXPECTED LEAVE. There is expedited credentialing.
• 30 days to credential
• 12-24 hour shifts needed (roughly 15 patients per 12 hour shift)
• 7a-7p
• 7p-7a
• Please note what shifts your provider is able to pick up when presenting them
• Clean malpractice and NPDB is a MUST
• Will accept FM Board Certified
• Needing 2 physicians
• Ongoing assignment
• NO call
• Will see 15-30 patients per shift
• ATLS required
• Working with 3 RNs and 1 MA
• EMR is Epic
