IMMEDIATE NEED for New Hampshire Hospital seeking Emergency Medicine Physician to cover 6 weeks
• Full Time, Ongoing
• Schedule: day shift: 7a-3p; mid-day shift 1p-10p; night shift 9p-7a
Certification:
• ACLS
• BLS
• Board Certified
• DEA
• 25 bed ED
• Annual ED volume 27,000 visits
• 30% Admit Rate
• Level II trauma center
• APP coverage
Credentilaing Requirements:
• 2 references needed
• Affiliations go back 5 years
• Case logs last 24 months
• Must have NH license and DEA at time of presentation
• Must have clean malpractice/background
• Must be Board Certified EM
• Must send self-query NPDB and EPA with presentation
• Must submit COVID vaccination card
• ACLS needed if requesting sedation privileges.
• Is there a specific orientation day? YES 3rd Tuesday of the Month
• Comments: 2hrs in length; MSO will set up & email provider (after they attest) online courses that must be completed prior to orientation day; Must be approved at BOT prior to attending orientation
