Job description

Working at Good Samaritan Hospital
159 bed facility
ASAP start after 60-90 day credentialing
ACLS, BLS, NIH, prefer ATLS
Case logs will be needed for moderate sedation privileges
Feb start is realistic
Looking for 1 to 2 providers
3 month assignment
40 hours per week, shifts may vary, shifts are eight or twelve hours in length.
Schedule can be built around provider's availability
Average daily patient load is 20 patients
This site is an acute care hospital
Must have active PA license.
Must be board-certified
EMR is Epic
