We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team as an independent contractor at Methodist ER City Base Freestanding ED in San Antonio, Texas. This physician-led practice, run by a seasoned medical director, offers a diverse case mix and top-tier compensation. The facility sees 30-40 patients per day, has 7 exam rooms, and provides 12 hours of Advanced Practice Provider (APP) coverage per shift. Shifts are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Applicants must be board certified or board eligible in emergency medicine (MD or DO) and EM residency trained. Strong communication skills, expertise in managing acute medical emergencies, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are required.
