Endocrinology NP/PA opportunity available in Rochester, NY
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Assignment Length: 6 months with possible extension
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p, 8-9 hours
Additional Details:
• Acuity level of patients: All outpatient care, with low-moderate acuity level
• Patient Ratios: 20-25 patients per day
• Skill Set (day to day tasks, procedures, experience required): Majority of the work is diabetes care. Any prior experience with CGM analysis and/or insulin pump management would be ideal, but not absolutely necessary; no other procedures done.

Licensure: Active NY license required (assistance available if needed)
Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 60-90 days
