We are seeking a Endocrinology APP for an ongoing assignment in Rochester, New York.

Start Date: Nov 2026
Contract Length: 6 months ongoing
Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8a-5p; no call
Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic

Assignment Details:
- Acuity level of patients: All outpatient care, with low-moderate acuity level
- Number of beds: 15 exam rooms
- Patient Ratios: 20-25 patients per day
- Charting: yes, AI ambient scribe, EPIC
- Skill Set (day to day tasks, procedures, experience required): Majority of the work is diabetes care. Any prior experience with CGM analysis and/or insulin pump management would be ideal, but not absolutely necessary; no other procedures done. Experience in using EPIC would be ideal

Requirements:
License: Active New York License Required
Travel: Airfare, lodging, and car rental will be covered.
