Endocrinology APP opportunity available in Rochester, NY
Assignment Length: 6 months
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; 8–9 hour shifts
Additional Details:

Full-time preferred, but providers available 2–3 weeks per month will be considered
No nights, evenings, weekends, or call
Outpatient setting with low-to-moderate acuity
Approximately 20–25 patients per day
Majority of the work will focus on diabetes care
CGM analysis and insulin pump management experience preferred, but not required
EPIC experience preferred
AI ambient scribe available
Potential to float to another location 1–2 days per week
Collaborative team with 5 providers, 3 NPs, 3 RNs, 2 LPNs, and 6 CNAs/CMAs

Licensure: Active NY license required
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience
Certifications: Life support certifications required
