ENDOCRINOLOGY – LOCUM OPPORTUNITY

✓ Full-time preferred; open to candidates available 2–3 weeks per month
✓ 6-month contract
✓ Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
✓ 8–9 hour shifts
✓ No nights
✓ No evenings
✓ No overnight/weekend call
✓ Potential to float 1–2 days per week
✓ Outpatient setting with low–moderate acuity
✓ Approximately 20–25 patients per day
✓ 15 exam rooms
✓ EPIC EMR with AI ambient scribe
✓ Majority of practice is diabetes care
✓ CGM analysis and/or insulin pump management experience strongly preferred
✓ EPIC experience required
✓ Minimum 2 years of experience
✓ NY State License required and must be in hand
✓ Board Certified required
✓ AHA or RQI certification required
✓ No residents or fellows
