Certifications Requirements:
• Active license in CA
• BLS

Description/Other Details:
Start date will be 11/1/2024 and PD remains the same.
*PREFER CANDIDATES THAT CAN GIVE TWO WEEKSOFAVAILABILITY AT A TIME* If they have other availability, we will consider.
SCHEDULE UPDATE: Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, primarily for procedures, with one day per week dedicated to clinic duties as required. This schedule also includes being on call during the second week of each month, encompassing evenings and weekends. So how the shifts are in is always Monday-Friday Procedures/Clinic and then the second week of the month shows evening and weekend call
CANDIDATE MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE CA FLUOROSCOPY LICENSE
* if they hold a temporary license then please attach that with the present so it can be verified
* if the provider is in process of obtaining a fluoro lic, please notify beforehand
We will consider a provider that applies for a temporary FLURO license. They need to have already applied for the temp. Highly prefer someone with ERCP experience.
