Overview:
Gastroenterology 24-hour call coverage in Potsdam, NY, with office and procedure days during call weeks.

Schedule & Coverage:
24-hour Call Coverage — Office and Procedure Expectations Mon–Fri during 24-hour Call. Office and Procedure days will vary depending on availability, typically max 2 procedure days per week. Office hours 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. Procedure hours 7:30 AM–3:30 PM. Full Availability (Mon–Sun). Full weeks preferred, or as many in a row as possible. Urgent Privileges will be used if needed. Title: MD. On Call: Yes.

Work Details:
24-hour Rate (Mon–Fri, to include 8 hours of patient contact): Flat rate, anything over 8 hours is callback. Weekends (24-hour call): Flat rate with 4 hours gratis. Callback requires the provider to be called back into the hospital. 8 hours of Patient Contact entails procedures and in-person consults. Do not round if not asked to — it will not apply to patient contact or gratis. Float: n/a.

Credentialing:
Urgent Privileges will be used if needed.

Compensation & Travel:
Flat rate for 24-hour call with callback over 8 hours; 4 hours gratis on weekends.
