ASSIGNMENT DETAILS: JO# 2588397
• Location: Lewisburg, PA
• Target Start: October
• Length of commitment: 3-6 months with the option to extend
• Coverage needed per month: full time with optional call
• Shifts:
o Office Hours: (8:00a-5:00p) M-Th, (8:00a – 12:00p) Fridays.
o Procedures are done M-Th (7:30a – 3:30p) and Fridays (7:30a – 1:00p)
• Frequency of any Call needed: call would be Monday 7am-Monday 7am
• Support staff: 2 AP and seasoned clinic staff
• Department Description: Full service includes office visits with all patients, procedures performed in the hospital and Ambulatory Center.
• Patient Volume: 10-15
• Patient Age Group: varies
• EMR: EPIC ProVation for GI system, Dragon for dictation, Mobile Heartbeat for services in the hospital, Tiger Text is also used to communicate with other providers
• Special Procedures/Unit Details: Standard colonoscopies, EGDs, Flex Sig, etc. No ERCP, EUS or high-end services
• Required: Board Certification, ACLS, BLS, DEA/CSR, Active PA License preferred (Will License)
• Travel, lodging and malpractice covered

• No ERCP or EUS
• Optional Call
• Half Days on Friday
