End Date: Ongoing
Coverage Type: Call Only
Schedule: Need 10-14 days of on call/inpatient GI coverage due to lack of provider. Call burden is estimated at 3-5 phone consults per day with 1-2 patients requiring procedural or in person support.
Work Details:
· Patients per shift: 1-5
· Providers Requested: 1
· Department description: Trauma Level 4 Facility
· EMR: Medhost
· Bed in department: 8
· Skills required: Upper GI endoscopy, Small Bowel biopsy, Lower GI endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active TX License
· Fellowship: Required
· Certifications required: ABLS, BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 7-15 Days
