Job description

Start: ASAP (August preferred)
Contract: 3–6 months with the option to extend

Schedule
Flexible 3–4 clinic days per week
8-hour weekday shifts
Evening and overnight call after scheduled clinic
Non-restricted call
Must be within 30 minutes of the facility while on call
Practice Details
Mix of outpatient clinic and hospital coverage
Clinic support from front office staff and Medical Assistant
EMR:
AthenaOne (Clinic)
MEDITECH Expanse (Hospital)
Average 10–15 procedures per day
Required Procedures
ERCP
EGD
Colonoscopy
Flexible Sigmoidoscopy
Full-scope Gastroenterology (EUS not required)
Requirements
Board Certified Gastroenterologist
Active Texas license or IMLC
ACLS required
Minimum 1 year of Gastroenterology experience
Credentialing
Temporary privileges available in as little as 2 weeks for a clean file
Standard credentialing approximately 90 days
