• Location: Seneca, PA
• Target Start: February 2025
• Length of commitment: 3-6 months with the option to extend
• Coverage Type: Clinic + Call
• Schedule: 20-25 shifts available per month
• Shifts: 24-hour clinic +call shifts at minimum 2 days per week and 1-2 in OR for elective cases/scopes
• Practice Setting: Will work at multiple sites weekly;
• Distance from Primary Site: Clinic, 1.5 Miles from Hospital
• EMR/Charting Software: Cerner and epic
• Avg. Daily Census: 2 admissions while on call, Consults per day: 5, Outpatient per day: 20, Scheduled cases: 5-10
• Patient Age Group: 90% adult 5% peds
• Procedures: The provider would need to perform endoscopy Upper & Lower Scopes
• Typical cases: Appendectomy, gallbladder, etc. general bread and butter cases
• Typical day:
o During Clinic, would come to the office and see the patients that are scheduled and determine a need for surgery. Our office will assist with coordinating a surgery day for the patient with the OR.
o Rounding- Always first thing in the morning with the other Surgeon and APP.
• Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible, Active PA license **Will License, BLS, ACLS, PALS, DEA, 1 year of experience.
