Palliative Care NP Needed in GA

Location: Snellville

Start Date: April
Schedule Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm

13-week assignment

Work Details:
Support Team: Hospice
Average Daily Patient Volume 4-6
Additional Info: This role will hold a census of approximately 20 patients and provide Palliative Care services directly to patients in the community (in their homes). Services will include symptom management and prescribing to manage symptoms of serious illness. This NP will be solely responsible for providing and managing the care of these patients.

Requirements:
Minimum Years of experience needed: 4 years
Board-Certified FNP
EMR: TBD

Credentialing timeframe: Can issue Temp privileges to start ASAP
