Job description

Hospice Nurse Practitioner needed in GA:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months with the option to extend
Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
Work details: Approximately 20 patients and provide Palliative Care services directly to patients in the community (in their homes). Services will include symptom management and prescribing to manage symptoms of serious illness.

GA License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: Temp privileges ASAP
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
