Shift Details: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8-5, 0.5 role, M, T, W are greatest need for coverage as our physician is in office Thursday and Friday.
Work Details: We are looking for providers local to Seattle or drive in candidates who are currently licensed. The facility does not have a budget for travel/housing, so we are only looking at local candidates.
· Support staff: 2 RN
· Amount of coverage needed per month: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
· Patients per day: 8-10
· Department description: Palliative Care
· EMR: Epic

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active WA License
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
