Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Mobile Health Wellness Assessments

- Locums

- Setting: Mobile healthcare, traveling from home to home for wellness assessments

- Patient Population: Primarily Medicare patients, occasional Medicaid

- Assignment Dates: Flexible schedule based on provider availability, minimum 2 shifts per week

- EMR: Tablet provided, transitioning to LUMEN

What’s in the Offer:

- Incentives: $100 per assessment, travel stipend ($60/day for up to 120 miles, $300/day for over 120 miles), $400 for 20 hours of paid online training

Requirements:

- State License: Active Nurse Practitioner license in New York

- Certifications: NP certification, Medicaid setup preferred

In this Role:

As a Nurse Practitioner in New York Counties, you’ll conduct wellness assessments focusing on a patient's overall health and well-being, visiting them in their homes. No prescribing or bloodwork is required. You'll complete six assessments per day, each lasting 45-60 minutes, and have the flexibility to schedule your day using the LUMEN EMR system.
