Hi,

We’re looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg/Telemetry (Nights) for 13 week contract position in Glens Falls, NY.


Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg/Telemetry (Nights)
Duration: 13 week contract
Location: Glens Falls, NY -Zip code: 12801

Shift: 12 hr nights, 36 hours scheduled 24 GWW

Traveller
Weekly Gross pay: $2,465.00
Hourly rate: $29
Weekly Stipend: $1421.00

Unit Details:
• Consist of mainly tele/cardiac patients
• # of Beds in unit: 16
• RN to Patient ratio: 4:1
• Patient Population: Adult - Geriatric
• Dress code: any color scrubs
• Remote Tele Unit
• MUST be able to follow & comfortably the Department expectations to interpret, measure & document cardiac rhythms 2x/shift

Cancellation policy: Facility can cancel up to 5 shifts per 13 week contract , must give 2 hr notice
Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color - No designs or cartoons. No hoodies.
Requirements
• MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE - [REQUIRED]
• 3 years experience- [REQUIRED]
• Strong proficiency & experience working on Cardiac/Tele, Med-Tele Units - [Required]
• Previous travel experience: [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
• MUST be able to comfortably follow the Department expectations to interpret, measure & document cardiac rhythms 2x/shift
• Neuro/stroke experience [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
• Please disclose any previous Glens Falls Hospital (or Albany Med) experience on profile
• Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. [REQUIRED]
• Clinician MUST be reliable! No attendance concerns, call outs, etc... - very patient oriented Unit

Profile Requirements:
• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current NY License, ACLS, BLS, PERM ADDRESS - Facility will not pend license/certs)

Certification Requirements
• ACLS (AHA)
• BLS (AHA)
State License Requirements
• New York
