Full-Time | $95,000 – $130,000/yr (Base + Commission)

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate Audiologist to join a dynamic audiology clinic in Tampa Westchase, FL, providing advanced hearing solutions and patient-centered care.

✅ Requirements
✔️ Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.)
✔️ Minimum 1 year of experience fitting and dispensing hearing products
✔️ Strong knowledge of hearing aid products and diagnostic assessments
✔️ Proficiency with CounselEAR EMR system preferred
✔️ Excellent communication, counseling, and patient care skills

✅ Key Responsibilities

✔️ Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostic testing
✔️ Fit, program, dispense, and repair hearing aids and custom earmolds
✔️ Educate patients and families on hearing health, device care, and communication strategies
✔️ Counsel patients on hearing loss prevention and lifestyle considerations
✔️ Collaborate with staff to meet office goals and maintain patient care standards
✔️ Document all patient interactions and treatment progress in EMR
✔️ Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives to promote hearing health
