The AI systems changing how clinical information is handled are trained and tested by real medical professionals. The teams building them need family medicine hospitalists who can review realistic clinical records, judge whether AI claims are supported by the record, provide the clinical finding a professional reviewer would give, and explain where information is missing, incorrect or inconsistent. Your judgment helps shape AI systems that handle medical information more accurately and safely. This is that work, done remotely around your current practice.

What you'll do
• Review FHIR data and inpatient clinical notes used to train AI systems
• Evaluate inpatient history and assessment documentation, including HPI, PMH, assessments and plans
• Check whether clinical claims are supported by the medical record and identify missing or incorrect information
• Apply written review guidelines consistently and report findings on data quality and AI model performance

Who this is for
• An MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine and a Hospital Medicine focus or certification where applicable
• At least five years of hospitalist experience, with current or recent inpatient practice within the last two years
• Fluent English for reviewing and communicating about clinical documentation
• No AI experience needed. You bring the hospitalist expertise; the work provides written review guidelines and structured chart-review tasks.

Pay and details
• $80–$115 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor
• Fully flexible schedule; fully remote, United States
