Assignment Details:

Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule:
2–3 weekends per month
24-hour call coverage
Shifts run 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM
Provider must respond within 30 minutes if not in-house
Practice Setting: Hospital
Patient Population: All ages
Patients Per Day: Typically 3–4 (may increase during peak sick season)
EMR: Cerner

Work Details:

Weekend Hospitalist call coverage
Urgent callback cases only
No procedures required
Support staff includes med-surg personnel

Requirements:

State License: Active New Mexico license required
Board Certification: Board Certified Hospitalist required
DEA: Required
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
Vaccinations: Flu, MMR, Varicella, and Hep B required
