Assignment Details:

Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule:
Cath Lab: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Provider will be on call during their scheduled Cath Lab shift
Coverage need is approximately 2 weeks per month, preferably alternating weeks rather than consecutive weeks
Potential for 24-hour weekend call once per month as needed
Practice Setting: Inpatient & Cath Lab
Facility: 122-bed hospital
Patients Per Day: 0–5
Patient Population: Adults (18+)
Case Mix:
Standard Interventional Cardiology procedures
Cath Lab coverage
Admissions and rounding responsibilities
Rare and infrequent inpatient consults
EMR: Epic

Requirements:

State License: Active Washington license required and must be in hand at time of presentation
Certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA or American Red Cross)

Experience:

Must provide case logs documenting Interventional Cardiology procedures performed within the last 24 months, including diagnosis/procedure, date, and facility
Call: Potential 24-hour weekend call once per month
