New Opportunity Located in Southwest WA with Aya Locums: Interventional Cardiologist

Job description

Aya Locums is seeking an Interventional Cardiologist for a locum assignment in Southwest Washington.

Assignment Details:
• Start Date: July 2026
• Contract Length: Ongoing
• Schedule: Cath Lab coverage Monday–Friday, 8a–5p, approximately 2 weeks/month (alternating weeks preferred); potential 24-hour weekend call once per month
• Practice Setting: Hospital (Inpatient & Outpatient)
• Patients per day: 0–5
• Patient Population: Adults (18+)
• Case Mix: Standard interventional cardiology procedures, Cath Lab coverage, inpatient rounding/admissions, occasional inpatient consults, and potential weekend call coverage
• EMR: Epic

Requirements:
• State License: Active Washington license required
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Experience: Recent interventional cardiology case logs required (last 24 months); provider must be comfortable working independently; 2 hours gratis for 24-hour call
