Oncology APP Locum Opportunity in Marion, Ohio

Specialty: Oncology NP or PA
Start Date: 10/21/24
Contract Length: 3-6 months with option to extend
Frequency of Weekend Call Required: N/A except infusion during the shift

Work Details:
• Amount of coverage needed per month: Full time (Flexible)
• Patient population/age: adults of all ages diagnosed with a wide range of hematology conditions and cancers.
• Department description: This is a medical oncology and hematology practice with three current physicians. Duties include inpatient rounding and infusion coverage.
• EMR: Epic, including mobile application. Will also utilize Teams and other office products.
Practice Setting: Clinic/Hospital

Requirements:
• Certification Required: CNP or PA
• License required: OH, License required.
• Certifications preferred: Oncology Nurse Certification would be useful but not required.
• Minimum experience required: Experience working as a nurse or APP with cancer patients. Experience rounding on inpatients is preferred.
Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days , emergency privs available (30 days)

• Shift Details: Full Time, Ideally M-F 8:00am – 4:30pm, flexible
• 3-6 months with option to extend
• No call required
