Location: Seaside

Start Date: 03-01-2025

13-week assignment with the option to extend

Schedule: 4 days a week, 10hr shifts (schedule could possibly be flexible). No weekends. 6 month need. Potential to extend

Work Details:
· Support staff: Yes
· Patients per shift: 12
· Providers Requested: 1
· EMR: Epic

Practice Setting:
• Outpatient

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active OR License
· DEA: Yes
· Certifications required: BLS, AOCNP

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
