Overview:
Medical oncology holiday coverage in Potsdam, NY — the week of 12/28/26, with additional sporadic vacation coverage in the future.

Schedule & Coverage:
Holiday Coverage — The week of 12/28/26 (4 days). Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1 hour blocked for lunch). Additional sporadic vacation coverage in the future. Urgent Privileges. Title: MD. On Call: No.

Work Details:
Number of Chairs: 15. Patient Ratios: 18–20 patients per day. Charting: Epic — AI is available for charting. Treatment, Procedures/Cases: Chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, hormone therapy. Practice setting: Outpatient Clinic (some inpatient consults but not often). Patients per day: 18–20. Staff on department: Provider: 1 MD, NP: 1, CNA/CMA: 3. Department Policies: Clock In/out time: Monday–Friday 8–5 (1 hour blocked for lunch). Lunch breaks: 1 hour blocked. Overtime: As needed. Cell Phone Use: Yes, will need if AI is used. Call-In policy: Inform Director by phone or text. Dress Code: Professional attire.

Requirements:
Minimum experience: 5 Years. Board Eligible or Board Certified: Either. Is flexible and adaptable, as program is currently in a period of growth. License: NY License in Hand. EMR: Epic Experience Required. Certifications: AHA or RQI certs.

Credentialing:
Urgent Privileges noted above.

Compensation & Travel:
OT & Holiday — 1.25x the regular rate.
